| Name: | Julian Cross |
|---|---|
| Birthdate: | 1980-02-09 |
Your Character:
Name: Julian Lee Cross
Age and Grade: 16 years old / 11th year
Gender: Male
PB: Patrick Fugit
Sport: Track and Field / Cross Country – A Distance Runner
Extra Curriculums: Band
Stereotype: Geek Jock (You know, the kind who’s a bit of a nerd who goes out for those nerd like sports? Oh you know running for fun!)
Personality: Smiles. Full of smiles. A chipper looking young guy. Friendly seeming, he’s rather lonely though. He does activities to pass the time. He likes making friends a lot, but tries not to let any of them in too close. On the outside though he’s a charming sweet kind of guy.
Biography: Julian’s parents were a mess, and so was his home life. There were always fights, and so he grew up a bit troubled. He got into a lot of trouble in school, didn’t pay attention, skipped, slacked off a lot. Half the time he could be found at Skips House of Music, playing with instruments, guitars mostly. He’d been dragged back to school so many times that he was actually expelled form three schools. For nothing more then ditching (and a bit of back talk). His mother was giving up hope on both the men and left. His father decided he couldn’t handle it either and sent him to the Boarding school HE went to so many years ago. “It will be good for him” he had said. Julian, or Jules by some people. So here he was, at a place he couldn’t skip classes so easily. Or so it was thought.
Other facts: He loves to run, and play music. And that would be most of everything he would be doing. He has no pets. He is NEW THIS YEAR.
Journal Entry writing sample: (4-8 sentences)
Well, school starts soon. I’m all settled in. My dorm mate is a bit strange, and I’m not liking it too much. If he touches my guitar I’ll choke him with its strings. Other then that things are alright. There seems to be a good band group here and I hear the Cross Country team is one of the best. I’m going to try out for it. Weather or not I make it, I miss running. I guess I have to actually go to class though if I’m to stay on the team huh? Well, if I make it at all that is.
Third Person writing sample: (4-8 sentences)
He was seated in a court yard, or quad, just leaning against the wall of a building, feet spread out, guitar in his lap. He was plucking out a small tune, just leaning there, watching some people walk by, books in their hands. It was time for 5th period, and everyone had left lunch already. He hadn’t got up yet, just sitting there, staring off at nothing and everything at once. A smile crept over his lips, thinking of the Breakfast Club, a random movie to think of, for no reason. His fingers plucked the tune to the movie and he began to laugh. Damn, he really needed to go to class.
